The Product Owner will serve as the main reference for multiple ALyC products, managing their entire lifecycle by connecting business strategy with technical execution to deliver real value to internal clients and end investors. Daily focus will be on Strategy, Execution, and Analysis, including leading backlog refinement, facilitating discovery sessions, and ensuring quality through UAT participation.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Product Owner, specifically within the Financial, Fintech, Banking, or Investment Platform B2C sectors. Essential soft skills include excellent communication and negotiation abilities, along with a capacity to defend backlog prioritization using data-driven decisions.
