Senior Employer Branding & Internal Communications Analyst

Build and execute EBANX’s Employer Branding strategy, connecting our culture and business strategy with our talent priorities. Develop campaigns, employee stories, events, and other initiatives that strengthen EBANX’s reputation as an employer. Act as an Internal Communications Business Partner, advising People and business teams on effective communication strategies.

Solid experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Employee Experience, or related areas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
