Senior Manager, Business Operations

Oversee all aspects of supply chain and operations for multiple complex product lines. Manage a team of senior-level exempt individual contributors and managers, ensuring performance metrics are met. Develop strategies to optimize supply chain functions and create operational efficiencies. Consult with business leaders to guide strategic decision-making and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related discipline. Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience in supply chain or operations. Must have experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and end-to-end transportation operations.
