This role involves serving as the primary day-to-day contact for existing retail partners, conducting regular outreach to ensure engagement, retention, and satisfaction, while reinforcing product training. Additionally, the consultant will support sales execution by tracking activities, identifying upsell signals, and assisting with territory initiatives led by senior staff.
Requirements
Candidates must possess 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or account support, coupled with comfort in phone-based outreach using approved scripts. Essential qualifications include strong verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple accounts within a structured environment, and familiarity or willingness to learn CRM tools.
