Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. 6 years of experience in similar positions, managing processes and leading continuous improvement teams. Knowledge of SAP, RPA, and data tools. Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, and SQL. Knowledge of Portuguese is desirable.
