Monitor the maturation of new cities through performance indicators, such as supply growth and demand generation. Build analyses and diagnostics to identify opportunities, risks, and growth levers, translating them into actionable recommendations. Develop dashboards and executive reports for leadership tracking.

Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with data analysis and business indicator construction. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI or similar).
