Analista de Customer Marketing Júnior | RD Station (Remoto)

Support the Customer Marketing strategy focusing on customer engagement, relationship, and retention. Plan and execute engagement actions at different stages of the customer journey. Assist in organizing and executing events for clients, both in-person and digital. Develop materials and communications aimed at the customer base.

Previous experience in Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Success, or related fields. Completed or ongoing degree in Marketing, Administration, Advertising, Communication, or related areas. Knowledge of customer journey and experience. Familiarity with Google Workspace.
