Transformation Analyst
Genius SportsCore Responsibilities
Lead the planning and delivery of initiatives within our AI and automation transformation programme. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, build business cases and develop implementation plans. Partner with cross-functional teams to redesign workflows, improve service delivery and increase operational scalability. Develop dashboards, reporting and governance that provide clear visibility of transformation progress, benefits and key milestones.
Requirements
Experience delivering business transformation, operational improvement or strategic change initiatives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations and measurable results. Experience building business cases, financial models and ROI analyses. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences.
