Execution & Relationship Management - Markets & Services / VP

Help execute and market a Learning strategy that supports HR and business priorities. Conduct root cause and gap analyses to identify opportunities and appropriate solutions. Partner with other Learning Advisors to consult with stakeholders in the coverage area. Assist with measuring the effectiveness and success of training interventions.

6+ years of experience in Learning. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel. Proven influencing and relationship management skills.
