Perform financial operations such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency sales while informing clients about the status of their transactions. Handle administrative tasks including managing checkbooks and cards, supplying cash to ATMs, and conducting cash counts. Identify and refer potential financial products to current or prospective clients.

High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is desirable. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales. Strong sales skills and cash handling abilities are essential. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to pursue a banking career.
