Core Responsibilities

The Backoffice Team Leader is responsible for building, leading, and coaching a team of Backoffice Agents to ensure high efficiency and excellent service delivery. This includes monitoring performance, conducting reviews, and acting as an escalation point for critical issues.

Requirements

Candidates should have relevant experience in leading a team in a call center or backoffice environment and possess knowledge of MS Office and Google Analytics. Fluency in English and the ability to manage teams remotely are also required.
