Define and build an eCommerce engineering team of 5–20+ resources, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore talent. Lead engineering delivery across the current NetSuite eCommerce platform and the transition to Salesforce B2B Commerce. Oversee integration design between Salesforce and back-office systems, including NetSuite and Oracle, working across API and MuleSoft-based integration patterns.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce platforms, specifically Salesforce B2B Commerce and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Strong engineering management experience in Agile and DevOps environments. Demonstrated success building and scaling distributed engineering teams.
