Core Responsibilities

Ensure the correct operation and continuous improvement of the company's technological infrastructure by providing first and second-level technical support. Manage internal systems, servers, and user accounts while coordinating with technology providers.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems, IT, Informatics, or a related field with 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support. Intermediate English proficiency and knowledge of operating systems, basic networking, and Microsoft 365 are required.
