EY - Senior PMO para Business Transformation (Industria Financiera)

Lead the planning, monitoring, and governance of transformation programs, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, quality, and business objectives. Coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders, managing risks, dependencies, decisions, and escalation mechanisms. Articulate resources for implementing organizational transformation focused on digital, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in consulting, services, or banking/fintech in a PMO role. Graduates in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, Public Accounting, or related fields. Upper intermediate level of English.
