Product Manager Postventa

Lead the strategy and roadmap for post-sale product, defining the product vision and prioritizing developments that enhance user experience. Manage the backlog by translating business needs into functionalities and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Implement AI tools in post-sale workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management or related fields, with at least 1 year leading product teams. Proven experience in implementing AI in workflows and data analysis, including SQL for generating actionable insights. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Digital Business, Economics, Administration or related fields.
