Implement and monitor training and organizational development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and experience. Manage the training portfolio, ensuring quality and alignment with business priorities. Analyze key performance indicators related to learning and development, providing reports for decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Administration, Education, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in Organizational Development, Training, or Talent Management. Intermediate English proficiency is required.
What We Offer
The position requires on-site work in CDMX and the State of Mexico, with availability to travel between different locations.
