The Senior Agile Coach will be responsible for guiding and advising teams on the adoption of agile methodologies and practices, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maximize delivery efficiency. Key duties include facilitating agile ceremonies, establishing OKRs, ensuring adherence to the agility Playbook, and coordinating efforts to increase the tribe's agility maturity.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach in a software development environment, with expertise in methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. A specialization or certification in Digital Transformation or Technology Management is required, alongside excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
