Core Responsibilities

Lead the user retention and recurrence strategy by managing data-driven mass campaigns and optimizing the customer lifecycle. Oversee the technical execution of CRM campaigns and align priorities with Product, Legal, and Credit departments.

Requirements

Requires 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Engagement, or CRM, with a degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Marketing. Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and CRM tools is mandatory, with experience in financial services or AI automation being desirable.
