Mid-Level Legal Counsel | Civil Litigation & Advisory

Provide legal advice and guidance on civil and corporate law matters, supporting different areas of the business in their day-to-day needs. Manage EBANX’s civil litigation portfolio, monitoring cases, deadlines, risks, and potential financial and business impacts. Coordinate and maintain close interaction with external law firms, ensuring alignment on legal strategies, priorities, deadlines, and expected outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Law and an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration. Solid experience with Corporate Civil Law (Direito Cível Empresarial). Generalist legal background with proven experience working in the in-house Legal department of large companies.
