Coordenador de Dados - Customer Intelligence

Lead, develop, and engage data teams (scientists, analysts, and engineers). Define priorities, analytical roadmap, and team capacity allocation. Translate business problems into hypotheses and analytical solutions. Ensure quality, performance, interpretability, and monitoring of production models.

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Solid experience in Data Science/Analytics with a history of working in production environments. Experience with MLOps, large data volumes, and cloud environments (AWS and Databricks).
