Talent Acquisition Specialist

Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract senior and specialized profiles. Manage the complete recruitment cycle from profile definition with hiring managers to offer and onboarding, ensuring process efficiency and quality. Act as a strategic consultant for business leaders, advising on workforce planning, market trends, and best talent acquisition practices.

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles, preferably in dynamic, technological, or high-volume environments. Proven ability to analyze recruitment data and transform it into actionable insights for decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
