People Business Partner Manager

Partner with Sales leadership to translate business priorities into an integrated People plan and provide consultative support on organization, talent, capability, and workforce matters. Lead the execution of core People processes for the assigned population, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning. Diagnose organizational and workforce needs using available data and stakeholder input; recommend practical actions that strengthen effectiveness, engagement, retention, and leadership capability.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Law, or a related field. Relevant experience across multiple HR disciplines, such as business partnering, talent management, and employee relations. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency appropriate for regional collaboration.
