Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations. Manage and lead the maintenance team to meet operational needs, including training and development. Supervise the execution of maintenance activities and implement the SAP maintenance program to ensure operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related fields. Intermediate English proficiency and advanced skills in Excel and SAP. Previous leadership experience in maintenance roles and knowledge of electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
