Provide ongoing feedback to improve team performance and actively participate in sales alongside the team.
Requirements
Ongoing undergraduate degree; experience in managing sales teams; certification as a Banking Correspondent for offering Consigned Credit products is essential. Complete degree and experience leading sales teams in financial products are preferred.
