Form and develop successors, build high-performance teams, and ensure quality hiring of new consultants. Plan and implement actions for consultants, maintain constant sales growth, and achieve proposed targets. Provide ongoing feedback to improve team performance and actively participate in sales alongside the team.

Requirements

Ongoing undergraduate degree; experience in managing sales teams; certification as a Banking Correspondent for offering Consigned Credit products is essential. Complete degree and experience leading sales teams in financial products are preferred.
