Analista Comercial Virtual Júnior

Provide virtual support to brokers through multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, phone, Teams, video calls) regarding products and commercial demands. Conduct periodic virtual visits to monitor production and strengthen relationships with brokers. Analyze broker participation in incentive programs and develop personalized commitment plans to meet commercial objectives.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. Experience in commercial areas with broker support. Intermediate knowledge of insurance and proficiency in the Office suite. Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).
