What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for business users supporting the Vaisala Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) across approximately 80 Abbott manufacturing and laboratory sites globally. Provide day-to-day application support, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Administer user access management activities and configure EMS application settings to support business and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience supporting enterprise applications or similar technologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
