Support the business area of the agency in assisting members of the Agro segment by providing information related to Sicredi's products and services. Conduct operational activities and support self-service to ensure agile and efficient service, fulfilling business goals and established targets. Maintain and ensure the update of member registrations and provide assistance to members and other interested parties both at the Cooperative's premises and during external visits.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Proven experience in agency or similar customer service roles. Knowledge of banking products and services. CPA 10/20 certification is a differential.
