Core Responsibilities

Attend and resolve application support tickets by analyzing logs and applying solutions to fix issues. Analyze recurring incidents and collaborate with responsible squads to identify and document problems. Participate in process automation projects to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. Implement AI solutions, such as chatbots or automations with LLMs, to enhance customer support.

Requirements

Experience in support and log analysis. Participation in process automation projects. Knowledge of tools like Postman, Swagger, Camunda, OpenSearch/Kibana, Jenkins, and Git. Practical knowledge in Java SpringBoot, JavaScript, and REST API integration. Experience with SQL for data analysis. Familiarity with AI APIs, such as OpenAI.
