Lead and manage the operational team, ensuring safety, operational excellence, and productivity to deliver top-level service to sellers. Identify process improvement opportunities and make strategic decisions to enhance productivity, quality, and experience for buyers and sellers. Develop a master plan for work and projects to ensure a glide path in quality and productivity. Design and monitor KPIs to meet set objectives and create development and succession plans for the operational team.
Requirements
Experience in similar positions is required. Background in continuous improvement, logistics operations, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning is necessary. Must be available to work the night shift (20:00 to 06:00) at the distribution center located in Colina.
