Conduct process audits based on operational procedures and collaborate with operations and support areas to minimize and correct process deviations that correlate to losses for the company. Perform investigations via CCTVs to identify root causes of internal or external deviations. Actively participate in meetings with leadership and team briefings, preparing presentations with analyses and improvement points to be addressed, and leading workshops for process deviation reduction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. Experience in Logistics, along with knowledge of Google Sheets, presentations, and data analysis. Availability to work on-site in Franco da Rocha, on a 6x2 schedule, including weekends and holidays, with shifts in the morning, afternoon, or night as needed.
