The Leasing Consultant will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, managing inbound leasing activity, coordinating tours with onsite teams, and driving occupancy for multifamily portfolios in Chicago and South Florida. Key duties include responding to leads in AppFolio CRM, processing lease renewals, and maintaining accurate property records.
Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish and possess experience using AppFolio or similar property management CRM systems. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, and the ability to work independently while handling high call volumes.
