What You'll Do
Manage a sales team distributed throughout the state. Build excellent customer service and analyze portfolio indicators for reporting. Support executives in acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones to drive growth.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required. Experience in commercial areas, especially in door-to-door retail management. Proven leadership experience in commercial teams with a focus on feedback and continuous improvement.
