Analyze, process, and draft responses to requests and procedures from the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) regarding specific regulatory matters. Provide legal support to the B2B segment by evaluating the legal and regulatory viability of commercial or contractual requests. Assist the technical team in analyzing and responding to aspects related to service quality and compliance with regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Law. Minimum of 1 year of experience in regulatory areas, administrative law, or legal advisory within the telecommunications sector. Strong knowledge of the telecommunications regulatory framework in Peru and solid understanding of the General Administrative Procedure Law.
