Human Resources Practitioner

Provide support and HR services to employees and business leaders. Manage processes related to performance, recognition, and reward programs. Develop and maintain reports to monitor key indicators and business trends. Analyze information and generate insights to aid strategic decision-making.

At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Reporting, Data Analysis, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Completed or ongoing university degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Systems, or related fields. Knowledge of data analysis and report generation.
