What You'll Do
Lead the creation and implementation of the Allergan Medical Institute medical education strategy for the Cluster North LATAM. Design learning journeys and academic curriculum aligned with scientific and commercial objectives. Manage the AMI budget and monitor financial KPIs to enable data-based decisions. Provide direction and coaching to AMI team members, ensuring compliance with local laws and corporate policies.
What We're Looking For
Professional degree in a health science discipline such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Biology. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Advanced spoken and written English is required. Experience in medical education programs and strategic project management is preferred.
