What You'll Do
Lead the Operational Planning team of the CCO, ensuring excellence in execution and process evolution. Anticipate risks and impacts to operations, coordinating preventive actions with partner areas. Monitor critical indicators and support strategic decisions related to the network, schedule, operational resources, and continuity of operations.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Administration, or related fields. Proven experience in team leadership. Experience in complex, dynamic operational environments with high criticality. Strong analytical skills, systemic vision, and data-driven decision-making.
