Lead the commercial strategy for Mercado Ads in the fashion, beauty, and mass consumption verticals. Coordinate the commercial team to enhance relationships with key accounts and advertisers. Design business acceleration plans to capture growth potential in high-growth categories. Negotiate the integration of various Mercado Ads solutions in commercial agreements with strategic accounts. Analyze campaign performance with product and data analysis teams to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Administration, Marketing, or related fields. 6 years of experience in commercial roles or account management in e-commerce, digital advertising, or transactional platforms. Proven track record in leading commercial teams and managing relationships with strategic accounts or large advertisers. Knowledge of digital advertising technologies, marketing, and performance metrics.
