The main objective is to monitor the new business process and nearshoring portfolio conservation strategies to meet budget and area objectives, while fostering continuous and assertive communication between commercial teams and business lines. Key functions include documenting the new business acquisition process, managing nearshoring renewals, driving strategic alliances like AMCHAM, and analyzing effectiveness.
Requirements
Candidates must have a completed Bachelor's degree (or be a current student) focused on analytical subjects and possess advanced English proficiency. Experience level can be entry-level, but advanced Excel skills and project/information management knowledge are required.
