Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Public Accounting, Finance, or related fields. At least 6 years of experience in similar positions. Strong analytical skills demonstrated through proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau, with the ability to generate detailed reports and complex analyses. Knowledge of AI tools is desirable.
