What You'll Do
Own and drive the end-to-end technical architecture of the system, making key decisions in collaboration with the team. Serve as the primary technical partner for the client, leading technical discussions and managing expectations. Translate complex business requirements into a concrete technical roadmap and actionable goals for the team. Lead the team through technical gravitas and pragmatic decision-making, providing mentorship and hands-on coding.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of software engineering experience with a clear progression into technical leadership. Proven experience architecting and leading the development of complex, data-centric software systems. Exceptional client-facing skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate complex technical subjects. Experience in providing technical feasibility analysis to inform project scope and planning.
