Elaborate technical sheets and analytical reports in HTML to support decision-making in the commercial area. Apply CAD block library standards and drawing templates to ensure quality in expansion project production. Support the integration of technical deliveries with Legal, Purchasing, and Construction areas, ensuring alignment with each front's needs.

Practical experience with AutoCAD, fluent in reading and creating 2D plans, preferably in fit-out or commercial projects. Experience in Expansion, Real Estate Development, or Construction Planning, assisting in analytical report preparation. Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including lookup formulas and pivot tables.
