Responsible Sourcing Program Manager

Own the development and continuous improvement of responsible sourcing policies and supplier requirements. Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to develop supplier resources. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from strategy through execution, establishing clear operating models and accountability mechanisms.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Rights, Law, Public Policy, Sustainability, or related field. Typically has 8+ years of relevant experience in responsible sourcing, human rights, or sustainability. Fluency in English with strong executive-level communication skills.
