Human Resources Advisory Lead

Lead and support teams related to HR Operations / HR Service Delivery, ensuring efficient management of operations. Analyze and resolve moderately complex situations, developing new solutions and adapting existing processes as necessary. Manage small to medium teams, promoting the achievement of departmental objectives.

Solid experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, or related areas. Previous experience in leadership and team management is required. Intermediate English proficiency is necessary, and Portuguese is a plus but not mandatory.
