Senior Talent Sourcer

Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidate pools using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean queries, and alternative discovery channels.
• Review profiles and resumes against technical and operational job requirements.
• Build targeted candidate lists and maintain accurate candidate activity records in Greenhouse ATS.
• Conduct outbound outreach via direct messages and phone calls to generate candidate interest.
• Meet weekly sourcing targets and pass qualified leads to internal recruiters.

POSITION: Senior Talent Sourcer
Location: Global (LATAM preferred)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (with flexible start time)
Compensation: $1,600 – $ 2,000 USD per month

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• 4+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing, outbound lead generation, or agency recruiting for US clients.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings.
• Hands-on experience working within Greenhouse ATS or similar systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills (C1/C2) with a strong phone presence.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and repetitive sourcing tasks.
• Experience conducting cold outreach to passive candidates with a track record of strong response rates.
