Associate Director of Paid Advertising

Oversee a team of 3+ direct reports, managing their bandwidth and utilization. Conduct monthly health reviews with team members to ensure high product quality. Lead proactive strategy recommendations across assigned channels and manage client accounts to retain and grow business.

5+ years of digital marketing experience, with 3+ years in an agency setting. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing and additional platforms like Meta ads. 3+ years of management experience and proficiency in Google Analytics required.
