Act in internal support for payroll, attendance, benefits, and services using platforms like Sinergy, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. Monitor AI performance in employee support, ensuring quality and adherence to guidelines. Analyze AI responses for inconsistencies and improvement opportunities. Manage administrative processes related to employee support, such as reimbursements and corporate travel.

Requirements

Experience in internal customer service (payroll, attendance, and benefits). Background in administrative or back-office roles. Proficiency in management platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar). Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, SQL, VBA, Python, RPA). Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or Information Technology.
