IT Intern

Support in documenting the renewal/update of infrastructure such as storage units, main switches, surveillance systems, and access control. Assist in developing documentation for the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). Provide basic technical support in the IT area, including user account administration and first-level technical support to end users remotely.

Students in their final semesters in fields such as Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related. Intermediate English skills (ability to respond to emails and read manuals). Basic knowledge of Excel, Cisco, VMware, and Office 365.
