Software Expert - GenAI Metrics & Agents

Lead the technical design and implementation of scalable data and software solutions for GenAI metrics. Design data models and semantic layers for reliable analysis by users and agents. Build agent capabilities to query, interpret, and distribute knowledge about GenAI product usage, costs, productivity, and health.

Solid experience in developing large-scale software products and data platforms in production environments. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Go focused on backend, data, or artificial intelligence. Experience in observability and monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, or Kibana.
