Core Responsibilities

The Associate TAM supports the primary TAM by monitoring solution health, coaching users on foundational functionality, and assisting with configuration based on documented requirements. This role involves proactively monitoring solutions, analyzing usage data, and collaborating on troubleshooting to drive customer value realization.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least five years of experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation, with strong technical data skills including SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel. Prior experience with query-based languages, relational databases, and ideally Varicent software products is strongly preferred.
