Core Responsibilities

Monitor systems and services that support essential financial products. Ensure timely escalation of issues to restore service degradation. Identify improvements and opportunities focused on customer journey and risk mapping. Collaborate with product, technology, business, and back-office teams for updates on new monitoring.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a higher education degree in engineering or technology. Knowledge of the Office suite; familiarity with Power BI and Data Studio; experience with Splunk and ServiceNow is a plus.
